The top half is obviously a lady without legs. You can see the way she moves across the grass she's quite adept at using her arms for movement. She's also mentioned briefly in the the link above posted by Scrambler.

All the camera work focuses on the torso, so there's little to go on regarding the legs.

Ahh that's very good.

I would say two midgets one in the head half and one in the leg half.

Or we really do have aliens amongst us.
