Every man's dream find in a shed!!

Came across this story of a chap who bought some land in Portugal which had a barn on it that had not been opened for 15 years.......take a look at what he found inside when he opened it

How on Earth could you buy a property with a building like that on it and not know what was inside. That 'barn' is probably 30 times the size of my house!

My jaw would have hit the floor when I opened the door though

while the contents are superb, the background story is sus, there was no 'stumbling'....

but i'd still like much of it!!!!

lots of real Lancias and Fiats

there is a date telltale, look for it....

(many of these stores exist in Australia, i've seen such with 400 m/cycles and another with at least 20 tractors and steam traction engines...nearby, there is a private shed replete with WW2 bits including a complete Spitfire)

Yeah right every one has a shed the size of a football field on 15 acres....I feel someone is having a lend of us here..some of those cars were a bit clean for 15years of grime...
    I'll have the porche though

maybe the shed was no more than an old phone box...worked for Dr Who...plenty of space inside there!

Good bit of investigative thinking there quiggers,
the telltale would be the number plates, some of those old european plates, i beleive were issued in some sort of year order.
The spitfire in the shed sounds interesting, will speak to you later about it.

Yeah, I have my doubts as to the authenticity of the story but we can all still dream of that feeling when you crack the lock off the door and pry it open to reveal all the treasures a man could wish for...........several of them anyway

I'm with you DirtyDawg.....Porche for me too
