    Mate sorry to hear of your loss, hopefully the dirt was easier to dig than when I had to bury my mate back in April, ground was as hard as concrete, which dont help much when ya trying to wipe away that liquid stuff on ones face

    Thanks for the thoughts Frank, and everyone else. My elbow is still very fragile - no problems bending it, but even the pressure of a shirt sleeve against it when I move it is painful. It looks very colourful, but I got it checked by the doctor on Friday, and he was quite happy that nothing needed doing. Apart from that I just have a few pains in my legs. Standing all day yesterday did not help.

    John, have you got any Distilled Witch Hazel (chemists should stock it) it works wonders for swelling and bruising, esp. if you have any busted blood vessels (heavy swelling), you rub/massage it in, gently, Regards Frank.
