Have a look at the late model Ford green colours, Like Citric Acid and Harvest Green, the latter goes well with gold highlights (stripes, signage), the Holden colours are very wishy washy especially Snot Green (hothouse green), if you go to the Ford GT club of Australia web-site and have a look at their gallery of cars you will find some brilliant colours, Regards Frank.

Have a look in Special Interst Groups----Series 1. There is a link to British Standard paint colours. Quite a few greens in there.

Correct name is Napier Green. It was the colour of the Napier entries way back in the days of the Gordon Bennett Trophy.

If you are to paint a Series III 88", then Wildlife Green is the correct colour.

BRG is too common nowadays, Olive drab could be an option but personally I'd go Sublime Green

Holden colurs are wishy washy??? You must be on drugs Ford have some of the worst colours ever and the only way you could like them is by hallucinating. The only colour Fords I like at present are the plum and black. The new Holden purple is OK as well.

If that is the usual olive looking green, I agree completely. Be generous with the coats, too. It will look great.
