Amazingly enough I found a place that has just moved to Geelong that only recovers steering wheels!!

    http://www.steeringwheelcompany.com.au

When I rang, the guy was very helpfull - even offering to recover the wheel over a weekend so it was not out of action during the week. Price was $260 which I though was very good. I sure he would be happy if you posted you wheels from interstate etc.

The Soarer forum have these addresses
In Sydney you should go to:
    A. A. Quick trim
    47 Wellington street
    Rozelle, NSW 2039
    Phone 95551700
    Mob. 0438 551700

Garry Millane Motor Trimmers 125 Kensington St East Perth 93255175 are experienced at re-trimming Soarer Steering Wheels.

Guys, Contact Garry Blackman at GARRY BLACKMAN TRIMMING in Richmond on 03 9428 0525-leather specialist. Mention my name. He quotes Approx $ 200 for a leather wheel re-trim. I have found that the work he's done for me on the last two vehicles was exemplary.
Haven't tried any yet but my M3 wheel needs recovering soon. So let me know.
    Regards Philip A

I've heard of Garry Blackman Trimming in Richmond, VIC.

I believe that he does a lot of leather seat conversions as well and that his work is pretty good, as Land Rover dealers use him quite a bit.

I didn't know that he does steering wheels too so thanks for the info!
