well yes and no.... it clearly says DRINKING ANY alcohol is illegal... transport through the communities is completely legal, but only limited volumes -that's what I meant in my previous post...Quote:

but this really affects poor buggers that live in the prescribed areas and have to state where they will drink the alcohol when they buy it - that's a tough one to follow!
