I didn't get any joy from the sales@ address, got a fast response from the other one. Resend the message to the other email.

Hello,
Has anyone else had any trouble with Paddocks not responding to emails?
Sent one two days ago to find out how much postage would be for a purchase but no reply as yet. I assume they're fairly busy dealing with people all over the world. I wonder if there is a better way of contacting them.
Any experiences?
Tony

They were brilliant to deal with face to face when I was in the UK, but I'm less than impressed with their ability to answer emails or get back to me with a quote when I phone.
They also only ship by air now....

I have dealt with these guys a few times and a quick cheap phone call pays dividends, I have sent many emails to companies that never bother to reply, in fact I would so far as to ay that they were a pleasure to deal with. And, I have had parts from them to NZ 4 Days!!
I have no hesitation with reccomending and dealing with them.

I have found them great in the past, say up to end 2006 , but recently their performance to me has dropped a lot.
I remember having a protracted email conversation with Nicola from about February 2007, because they have 2 part numbers listed for a 3.9 water pump . I wanted to know which one for my VIN. This went over 2 months!!!!
Then they quoted outrageous postage, seeming to me that they did not really weigh the items as I later bought them from LR Direct with much less postage.
