    AAMI sh*ts on NRMA for insurance...my $15.5K 1999 TD5 D2 is insured with AAMI for over $20K, and they recently topped this up by another grand when I told them about my new raised suspension...at no extra cost to the premium...

    GIO cover mine. I told them what I paid and they were happy with that.

    well guys just got a quote over the net from aami only $100 more than nrma offered to insure it for

    suncorp just offered to insure it for the value i wanted,almost $3000 more than nrma/aami were prepared to and for only a $7 increase in premium

    I'm with 'Shannons' . I told them the value of the car & they insured it for that amount. I think its called agreed value.

    That's what jap imports do for you, lots of V8 Disco's no one wants. Defenders are a different story.
