SWMBO has given the ok to look for a sII disco TD I found this one which is in Sydney - Vic rego - yay! - means i dont have to change it over

Looks nice Mick... very low K's..so the price doesn't look too silly.. Doesn't mention ACE or SLS... which I'd probably want for that $$

Are you planning on using it off road though?....... 2002... no CDL in the case, 18in wheels....

I know another set of wheels is easy and you can do CDL.... just factor in the additional $$$ DII wheels are not that cheap... steelies are more than alloys second hand!

Aren't you in NSW? You're up for 12 months rego too. Minor point, where are the headlight washers? I thought they didn't go to the flat jet till the '03 update. Are they there or are they blanking caps?

If it has full LR service history with details (read: receipts) then it may be worth it. As Mark said, SLS & ACE?

yep thanks for that fellas, i think im off this one now - spoke to the bloke this morning and it needs two tyres @$400 a corner and needs rego - he is willing to transfer it to NSW rego ... its a leased vehicle and I think he needs 26 odd to get out of the lease.

found another one in the AULRO markets that im keen on will have to see how things pan out..

26.5 is a bit steep - I paid over 30 for mine over a year ago, and it is a full spec 2002 leather ABS, TC, etc., etc.,

...........but the milage is good

and mine is a V8 as well - so if all the bits are there it might not be a bad buy.

But looking around 22.5 seems the right price for a 2002, or you could buy mine at 25

but whatever get one with leather seats - well worth the extra

Maaate if ya have to buy one of the TD5 Time bombs at least go a later model.. 03-04 after the end of this year their value will drop again

for 26k you should be able to get one for around the 26-30k in really good "Toorak"nic
