Is it just my wife or do other series owners have wives who think they are ugly eyesores and dont want to be seen dead in one

My partner and I met each other because of our shared interest in Landy's!
Land Rovers aren't loved here either, by the females.
Even the Disco is not 'cool'.
Curiously tho', the teenage daughters pals (female) think the Disco is 'excellent'!
The femmes would prefer a BMW X5 or a Volvo XC...
or just maybe, a Range Rover Sport!
Get a job and buy your own, I say!

my wife loves our new defender - she won't drive it, but loves the look of it and being in it. The entire drive home from Adelaide she kept peering into the back, looking around, and smiling.
I picked a good one there.![]()
Actually I have to admit I love driving our Defender on my own. All the blokes smile and wave....even those just in standard 4x4's![]()
my better half much prefers defenders and series to discos and totally dislikes rangies..

Cant comment on the wife/partner thing (being single and all), but most of my female friends love the defender (some of them more than my male friends). One girl in particular loves riding in it and driving it, and never turns down an opportunity to get behind the wheel.
Previous girlfriends, I think most would love the landy.
I've been blessed :-)
