Personally I wouldn't touch Ma$$aros with a bargepole.
One of my mates was a consumer advocate and told me that they were the most notorious of the small claims tribunal complaints in Gippsland.
They $crewed me big time on a water pump that was stuffed from new.
Fair Dinkum, they are the reason I shun Landrover dealers and Spares.

It's close to home for me and am considering using their services re fault codes on my Disco1. Wife took the Disco there some time ago for an oil change etc, price was very reasonable for a speciality service centre. Just wanna know if they're flat out or I could pass by and get them to print a diagnosis sheet out for me.

Mate our loving Disco was brought from them!! I would highly recommend them for the purchase although we live to far to have it serviced there but anytime we have needed a spare part they have hung around and waited for us!

I bought my Disco3 from and get it serviced by Massaro ( even though I live not far from crimburn.)
Prices for service seem to be cheaper than quoted from ULR, MLR or Lance Dixon.

Prob. the best testament is that I will buy my next Disco3 (or equiv) or RRS from them, using the other Vic dealers as a price lever.

we took our Defender there to be repaired after hitting a cow as they are an authorised LR repair shop.
this was a BIG mistake after 5 returns to the shop for shoddy repairs and painting (they couldn't pass finger painting at kindy) we've decided just to grin and bear it and tell anyone who asks us about them our opinion they are B@STARDS!!
