Is that in Stornoway Gray?
Not real impressive about the cross member bolt.....
How are the comfort levels?
Great report by the way!
Hi All,
Here are some pics of the 2007 Defender from todays MTGambier Show
ECU behind engine
Under driver seat compartment. Good spot for an air compressor or car PC
Anti-roll bar here...
... and here
Rear seats mounting point
Front passenger floor. See the heater outlet lower the speaker and plastic cover with 2 screws (might be fuses there)
Hand Break drum position lower chassis
Battery breather
Missing bolt crossmember-gearbox or special future?
Engine sump.
Engine sump front view.
That's interesting! DIY mounting tapped holes here...
... and here
Some sort of plug on top of the TC
Cheers,
Ruslan

We have a problem guys...
It seams that Mcdonalds now sell Defenders...
I'll have a Mac Defender with a large Fries and Chocolate thick shake
And not a spot of oil under there.
Tony
Adding to the funny crossmember
Pic 5. cable ties holding engine wiring harness, also ****fully run through the engine bay
Pic 23. Joiners in the middle of hoses with untidy clamps
When will they stop building vehicles that end up looking like one of my engine conversions![]()
Thanks very much for posting the pics. Very nice looking Fender
I did, not like a sofabut seems better than before. Personally I prefer sofa style without any pre-molded corrugations for back side profile where you can make you own deeps
Sorry for pics/colours quality, yes, it is Stornoway Gray.
Here is some more info
Pitty, no low rev pulling power compare to remapped TD5, some correction/remapping required...
By default a selector positioned between 3rd and 4th
I do not have AC button picture (lower that control panel), in short words AC starts working after pushing that button even if speed switch in position "0". One of advantages of new ventilation system you can select now (like in most other cars) to use cabin air to circulate/cool down.
That tweater(s) helps to get an idea what is on a radio while doing highway driving.
Other thing, I think very important, all doors are still, fitted better than before and opening/closing procedure much easier now. What worries me is rust can go easier too.
