Just tore over Archerfield making a hell of a racket, but nothing came of it.

We just had a quick storm in Brisbane at about 2.30. All blue skies now.

48 hours of pretty decent totals in albury/wodonga. More to come they say. The vegie patch is very happy

We just recieved a severe thunderstorm warning for damaging wind, flash flooding and large hailstones for:
Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast, parts of Northern Tablelands.

Towns include:
Lismore
Grafton
Coffs Harbour
Port Macquarie
Taree
Tenterfield.

Also in the next few hours
Gosford
Sydney
Wollongong
Bowral
Canberra
Goulburn

Must've just had a big hit nearby,

the modem disappeared, as did the radios and tv receivers, for a minute or so...

Drove up to Brissie to pick up kids, hit rain about 2.30 odd 1/2 way up then blue skies, more a heavy down pour. Way back, missus said pouring down here on coast and light hail. Hit the coast around 4ish, starting to rain, looking nasty, so quick route to video shop and bottle shop. Kaboom, big thunder and lightening. Got home about 15mins ago, non stop rain,
