    Sorry to here that Mick. I do understand what you are going through as I lost my mother last year and it did take months to get over it. All I can say as time slowly passes it will get better.
    Though you do here the occasional song on the radio or CD which brings back a flood of memories.
    Mate take some time out and look after yourself.
