    Terribly Sad News

    friends,

    i had the ultimate in terrible news this saturday past, two of my police colleagues had the unfortunate duty of having to inform me that may father ( aka landroverterry on this site) - had died in his sleep at Yass NSW - on the way to Sydney - from Yackandandah / Allans Flat to go to the post classic motorcycle races at Eastern Creek. .

    Dad had been ill for some time - it now seems far worse that anyone suspected, he died - alone in a motel room of suspected heart failure,

    My best mate is gone

    - I miss him more than i ever thought it was possible to miss anyone, the grief is unbelieveable - something you dont really ever feel until something like this happens,
