It doesnt have a place to so say no to the trial.
I like to excercise in the morning, walk the dogs etc cause its too bloody hot in the arvo.
I would rather be at work in the heat of the day than at home just waiting for the sun to go down. Just my two cents worth

    Harry,

The only change will be when we can get rid of the current state government.
Lies are common, looking after mates, more so, looking after queenslander, NO!

Anything to do with daylight savings or any other state government matter is a waste of time.

Nothing will happen until the current fools are removed. If I had my way, there would be no state government. They cost millions of dollars and are a waste of space. Federal down to Local council is a far better idea. If we had those two links to the local population, we would be so better off!

I think we have the best climate in Australia.I didnt mind daylight savings when we trialed it,it was good for weekends at the beach.I just dont feel its something we need,we have been happy with the way it is for along time,is it realy something we are passionate about or is it just following a trend from the other states.

Can't believe the Queensland whinging about day light savings, the curtains might fade, the cows wont know when to get milked............ they were some real thoughts.

It is wonderful for anyone who has a family or actually wants to be able to do something after work.
Grew up with it & can't believe this bottom backwards state doesn't want it................

try being on a shadeless concrete pad picking up heated blocks of clay..in the heat of the day..
day light saving can get stuffed its on the suits that want it..not any outdoor workers.

Say NO to daylight saving in QLD
If you live in the South East corner and you want more sun in the afternoon.....get up an an hour earlier and start work an hour earlier!
Certainly, in the north where it is 8.30, 9.00, 9.30 before dark without daylight saving, the notion of another hour before dark is just plain silly!
Agree with the learned RonMcGr...the good folk of QLD got what they voted for so I reckon we have to live with it!
