    Weather Watchers

For the weather nuts, there's a new book coming out on the history of weather forecasting in Australia to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Bureau of Meteorology which is in January.

    No I don't have a vested interest.

Just been told that all Bureau employees will be given one for free.

Hmm, nice Christmas prezzie for my Dad who was with the Bureau from about '46-'77.

Just received my copy, it's a very nice book.

James they did say that retired Bureau employees would be sent a copy, I don't know if that means recent or everyone so it might be worth looking into.
