it's a shame more don't think like this.
The current lot have so dramatically increased the burden on so many layers of society, from the increase in paper work compliance and subsequent fiancial cost on small business (which most in this area seem to be blind to at election time) to the greater layers of tax law and legislation right across the board, greater levels of intrusion into personal lives, the continual denial that humans are contributing to destroying our planet, the raping of the environment through unsustainable mining, logging and farming practices, (think multi-national owned cotton, rice ) and the seeming 'inability' to step in and take on/over rule the weak Qld Labor government who are in the pocket of said multi-national corps continuing to allow large scale land clearing and tragic over allocation of water of the inland rivers feeding south as they don't want to upset the parochial Qld voters.
The continued erosion of civil liberties under the guise of 'anti-terror laws' and the continual peddling in fear to stay in power.
It's just base politics with no vision and I am so over it.......
<edit> FWIW, I am a small business owner/operator, have been a farmer and come from a very conservative background</edit>
