    Ooh! Perhaps if he played more at home games than away he might not have had the problem. Wives generally take a dim view of a reserve being played in the main game. In th UK does registration prove ownership? Does not in Qld. Mother would be in deep doo-doo selling the car if she did not have proof of ownership other than regn. papers in Qld.

    In this case it probably would... Only if there was another formal agreement in place (i.e. finance) where the car is being used as security would there be any dispute.

    If her name is on the paper work, then the car is hers.

    yep, its hers..... well its not, but as its registered in her name she can sell it, but she does not own it....

    it wont sell unless she can get hubby to give a receipt.
    BUT is it under finance??
