Good steak in vic?

Stefans Steak house in Balwyn, Whitehorse Road.

~$70, set menu style thing, choose your cut.

Try the Hunt Club in Merrijig - great steaks, about 25 bucks or try The Mill Inn which is half way between Buller gates and Merrijig....lovely interior and great host

Vlado's in richmond, the only word you'll ever need to know in regards to steak- trust me, 22 years as a chef.

Squires Loft or Grillroom. They are actually the same company, operated slightly differently. They have 5-6 restaurants in around the CBD. After many years of patronage, I recommend The Grillroom at 1 Queens as mentioned by NJZ. :thumbsup:

Never tried Vlados but will soon seeing so many rave about it.
