    You don't need a Land Rover to tow a Camper/Caravan

    Spotted returning from The Birdsville races, from a member of our local Jaguar Club



    It is an unrestored 1933 Standard Swallow Series One Tourer (Later named Jaguar due to the dislike for SS)

    The owner will not contemplate a restoration.
    If it was, $150,000 is possible.
    Value now??? I have no idea

    Yes, that looks like a genuine Plywood teardrop caravan,there was one at the Jeep Swap, the guy with the little Radio Blitz that was talking to us on Sat evening had his there towed it down with the Blitz I think

    I have not seen another SS Tourer in AU before. There is a four door sedan in Brisbane and a two door in Adelaide.
    They are a very rare vehicle.
    The later model 1938 Jaguar SS 100, is more common. This is a Brisbane one.
