My old man hits 60 next month and he is still thrashing the pants off young squash players.

Can't get in or drive the Defender, its too high off the ground and of course its my right ankle.

As for hurt... I was in a cold sweat when it happened
    Mate!!! Your SOFT!!!

    Just kidding mate.....

But seriously, I had both knees reconstructed and went 4wdriving for a 8 days less than 3 weeks later... Paid the price for that trip!!!!

And back then I was a spritely 28

I'm due to for total knee replacement on both legs in 3 years... I'll still be sub 40 when it happens

Thanks for the sympathy - I think

Ouch, knees are nasty, I've been fortunate there and not badly damaged them however they still give me grief. Why do we run around in our youth on hard or uneven surfaces, jump up and down, stop suddenly mid-stride? We certainly pay for all these adventures later on in life!

I'm 44 nearly 45 and loving it, I dont envy the young at all, I much prefer my age in fact I would go so far as to say the older I get the better it gets.

But then again I didn't start to grow up before I hit 40 so I still think I am young.
