Thread: Rockhampton

I moved from Doncaster VIC to Rockhampton Qld about five years ago, Its not a bad place does get hot but you get used to that, Ppl love to have a chat compred to Melb were everyones to busy, Not much of a nite life but great place to have a bbq on the veranda having a few beers on a hot summers nite, I run a plumbing business a ppl up here tead to pay before the jobs even done, Were in melb i would have to chase the money.
Now have a little boy and there's no one i would move back to Melb to let him grow up, Life alot more relaxed here and more freedom to do as you please.
