Ho, more likely lack of business given that the Saturday morning DIY customers no longer live in the inner suburbs where Austral have their outlets, having been gentrified to the outskirts, and, do not drive the type of car that Austral now sell.

No matter I won't be going back there, will order parts & have them shipped from now on as a matter of principal.

Southside used to be open Saturdays but the two parts sections merged a while back :(

Right on, I had to wait 3 weeks ex Japan for a Terrano2 water pump, NONE IN THE COUNTRY ,and it came WITH a viscous fan attached, at a cheap $800.00:o:o

Austral are tragic. I would never go there agian. I get all my Parts from British Motor Imports (BMI) in melbourne.

Open Saturday mornings and post parts anywhere in Aust or the world, including to the local pub if you've broken down in the sticks.

Now thats a LR parts supplier that cares about fixing your car :).

Anyway, that who i use and i've even had them send my parts (half a dozen suburbs away) when i'm too busy at work to get there.

Do you have any contact details. When I google them I get a mob in Sydney with a webpage that goes nowhere.

BTW I agree both Southside & Austral Landrover Suck. I use Graeme Copper when in Sydney & M R Automotive in Brisbane/ i am yet to find a good LR service tech on the Southside. If anyone knows pls advise.
