    ebay monster trucks

Over the last few months there have been a few monster truck style rangies and disco's on ebay (all coming out of SA) whats the go? Are these a result of the new restrictions on engineering and registration?

Are these trucks not built properly therefore offloaded or just no long meet the restrictions thereforew their offloaded?

On one or two the tyres have cost more than what the cars have gone for.
