Apparantly, that blade is not as close to the ground as it looks. From what I've heard about it before, it is due to being taken from some distance away with a very large telescopic lens. It has also given the effect of almost standing on its nose, of which the nose down attitude was no where near as severe as it looks.
I'll see if I can find the article on it from those involved and post it up.
Still a fantastic shot, and there would be a copy of it in every helicopter hangar or pilots computer.
