Thread: '99 Td5 Discos in Darwin

I'm considering purchasing my first LR Disco from interstate. Is there anyone in Darwin who can take me for a drive in a '99 td5 Disco or something similar? I want to get a feel for what to expect and what I'm getting in for before spending $'s to fly interstate.

There's a few of us here from the NT, I've got a Td5 Disco, but I'm not in Darwin. I can recommend that if you can afford a bit more, go for a 2003 or later. These have a flashable ECU (more power/torque), the central diff lock (CDL) and IMHO better brakes. That said a pre-2002 one can have the CDL fitted.
