There's only one Defender panel beater I'd recommend in Sydney & that's Caldwells at Condell Park.
They've been doing Land Rovers for years & know Defenders inside out.

I live in Baulkham Hills, it was savage. Both the Disco and the Terracan have Hail damage. Boat is fine, Daimler lives in the Garage coz it's English and it will rust if it gets wet.
No damage to the house, plants have been smashed.
As for getting repairs done, the panel beaters I have spoken to have said that if the paint is intact, it will be one of the paintless dent removal jobs. These guys are now taking bookings into Feb 08 to do your quote.
I managed to get into one place yesterday morning at Castle Hill and he said they can do aluminium. Still waiting for an opening to get my required second quote for the insurance.

Will Bog stick to Al? My PB I think said they smooth things out with a lead wipe.

Many thanks to all who replied, I got the claim number from Allianz today, now its just a matter of choosing the repairer and then trying to convince Allianz not to write it off.

    Thanks to all once again,
    Gug

There is a company in Sydney called "DENTCORP" a guy at my work used him to remove a few dents, he came to the yard & did them while he was at work. Looked good too.
