Either that, or get a referral from an "understanding" doctor and then claim the expenses against Medicare.

Reminds me of the salesman who delivered a new and expensive bulldozer and put on a keg for the staff of the purchaser. His boss, when perusing the rep's expenses claim said "What's this, a keg of beer, we don't splurge on kegs of beer" and struck the item out.

Next month the rep submitted his expenses again and the boss said "I see no keg of beer this time, Jones" and approved the claim as the rep. said "Yes there is, but you won't find it".
