Thread: New PC

Hey guys I am in the market for a new lap top. Budget is around the 1200-1500 mark. I have seen heaps of good deals of late. such as a (LG with 2.0Ghz, 120GB HDD, 2GB ram, BT, WIFI, web cam, Duel core ATI graphics, Vista Business, Burner, duel core . For $1399.00. My question is , is this good value or has any one seen a beter machine for a beter price. Or what is out there for that price range or slightly more.

There's lots of good advice in that other thread, and opinions

For what it's worth if you are getting 2GB ram go for XP, I think it's still for sale OEM. Vista is very resource hungry.
