I assume you will explore all around these areas: From my limited High Country experience, you should go to the Nunniong High Plains - very nice. Its just out of Swifts Creek and you could take the tracks north up to the Murray, where you could head for Mt Kosciuszko. Should be ok for a trailer but there are some very steep hills on the way.

Sounds like fun...

Thanks Pete that is the idea, exploration fun and photography :) I hope that the idea is going to be attractive for another couple of people so the trip is safe than in my own.
