    What a week

well Ive just come off a 50hr straight shift at work the phone just didn't stop ringing. And to top it all off on sat I fell of my bike, broke my wrist, possibly disocated my elbow and knocked myself out. And still ended up shoveling gravel on monday
I think I should get some sleep tonight.
    cheers steve

And you're writing this from your bed in the casualty ward??

Sounds to me like you should give up the big drops on the downhill and take up XC ....

50hr straight shift. That is illegal and if you injure yourself or someone else during that period its a big can of worms.

    Sounds like an ordinary weekend.

    Stevey...

I think you should not be allowed out of the house unless under strict adult supervision !..

Or at the very least be restrained in a straight jacket and put in a dark room for your own safety..

Driving through dams in your old beast and riding that bike is obviously bad for your health....so get back to work and stop whinging..only us poms are allowed to whinge !

I've got an annoying leaky tap....might have to call you out !

    Get well soon matey..

    cheers,
    Richard
