Hiya,
Planning a trip to Fraser just after Easter and I'm after any recommendations for budget accommodation for say a 3 night stay, me and two kids. Don't have camping gear so its got to be cabins/units.
Cheers.

Is Fraser gonna be there at Easter?![]()
Booked in for 3 nights over the Anzac WE at Eurong. Tides seem to be ok so I'm looking forward to my first real go at serious sand driving.
Would welcome any ideas on good tracks or places of interest.
Cheers.
You will love Fraser and Eurong is a great budget to middle of the road place to stay as far as Fraser goes. Good food at the resturant up there last time we were there a year ago. Mate the D3 should kill Fraser just let the tyres down time runs with the low tides on the eastern beach. Watch out for washouts and back packers in tropies. About the hardest part of sand driving at Fraser can be the indian head access track were the sand can get real soft and chewed up. The inland lakes are beautiful, lucky bugger you'll have a ball.
Oh make sure you get the hema map of Fraser well worth the $10 to $15 it costs.
