    Official - Defenders pull birds!!!

I know all us Defender drivers already know this, but this morning they were reviewing the 4WD of the Year results on the Today show - 1st RRS TDV8 / 2nd D110 / 3rd Hummer H4 / 4th Tojo 200 Series Land Cruiser!!!

and the female presenter was saying how nice the D110 was and then the male presenter then followed up with the only REAL 4WD available.

Defenders DO pull birds, eh Mick!!!

Yeah we all did think you were crazy.

If only LR would make the 130's available for the numerous "twin cab comparos" that the foruby mags do.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

    Yay!!!

Now all I have to do is make up the sign "My younger brother is 4x4 of the Year" for the Defender

Vlad!! You forgot the bit about also making Dual Cab 110s available too!

The problem is they would probably do what just about every comapro I have ever seen does.
They say it is economical, rides well, is the most capable offroad and a number of other complementary things.
Then they cross it off the list because they think the ergonomics in the cab are awful.

And that is in spite of the fact that a lot of people who drive them long distances find them more comfortable at the end of a long hard day than other 4WDs.
