    Delvac 1 pricing

Time for an oil change on the 130 and on the Outback, shopping around.

Decided that I'd splash out on Delvac 1.

20l from Lubes Direct in Penrith $243.20
    20l from local Repco $366

Looks like I'm driving out to Penrith.

    How's that for a markup?

    Cheers
    Simon

Jeez! I didn't realise oil for diesel engines was twice the price of oil for my V8.

Check with your local CAT agent, one of their oils is Delvac 1 repackaged under CAT brand.

I thought one needed to run in on conventional oil to avoid glazing the bores,

I'll be getting on to that, thanks. There's a CAT place only a few minutes away.
