    Fridge Roller

I have made a shelf for the back of my Defender and now the fridge sits too high for wifey and she wants a Fridge Roller. I looked at a number of sites and they all claim to be the best. Now I don't all the "make it yourself" comments, I could but it would take ages and probably rattle and drive me mad or not work properly.

So which one is best and does more money mean better fridge roller?

    Jeff

There all much of a muchness. 4wdsystems also do one. (mail order)

Just a couple of points from using one I think about.

Ease of tie down (fridge to slide)
Slide locks open as well as shut (Ever tried to stick your but against the door, hold the slide open with one hand while opening the fridge to get what you want out! (mine locks in both positions and I can imagine the pain it could cause if it didn't, some don't)

Size of slide to size of fridge. You can end up wasting a lot of space around it (you only need so much for ventilation) if the slide is for an 80lt and you have a 40

    Just my thoughts

There was a really neat one on display at the 4WD show in Melbourne last October. It canterlevered out of the back and was exceptionally well designed. Can't find the brochure I'll keep looking and if I do, will post the manufacturer.

I thought the ideal wife was 3ft tall with a flat head on which one can place the beer glass.
