If you're a business, once you get the GST back it's down to about $48K

Also repayments on $56900/ 60mths/ and assuming a nil residual, repayments would be $1185 p.m inc GST or as a Chattel where you get to claim the GST upfront (only for business use) would also be $1185 no GST applicable. Hence I do alot of vehicles on Chattel, as client can claim, say on a deal like this $5 odd grand in next BAS,

    Regards

    G'day Chucaro

Whoever quoted you that Rego price was having a go at you and only quoted 6 months Rego as my 4 cylinder 2a on pensioner rego is $467.?? and that is with $100+ off, so full 12 months would be $550+ (That's nice, you buy a new car for $55K+ and they only give you 6 months Rego and maybe 6litres of fuel)

BTW. You could buy the vehicle supplied with a "Permit to move an Unregestered Vehicle" and get a body of your choice, body builder and price done, and not at the dealer's marked up price

    cheers

That sounds about right as they used BMW 3 ltr 6 cylinder petrol engines instead of the V8. Pat

He is the agent in Bundy, the rego including the CTP will be $544.00
    per year.
In any case $ 55.814 and add on the top the rear body plus the bear essentials for a long range outback expedition vehicle and you will be finishing very close to $ 65.000.
    Definitively no a "pensioner especial"
With 1/2 of that money we can have a very nice rig with the lot

    oh well

I suppose at the end it's pretty similar except I still have to add all the duties and taxes on top of the price but we are not nearly as heavy as you guys on that.

I would hate to know how much the insurance is going to be every month + install satelite tracker.(a must in Africa)

I think they stopped assembling Landies out here not for cost but becasue of quality which was shocking.

Anyway - thanks for the responce so I could compare.
