Forums never automatically update - is it just me?

Whenever I open AULRO forums, I have to wait for the page to load, then hit the "refresh" button in my browser to get it to update with the latest posts. Then if I go into, for example, the "General Chat" page, again I have to wait for it to load then hit the refresh button to get it to update. If I don't hit refresh I only see the page as it was a couple of days ago.

The same thing happens when I go to a particular thread. I open it up and it might have, for example, one page of posts. Then I hit refresh and a couple more pages might appear.

I can always get to the latest stuff, but it is annoying having to refresh every single page. This doesn't happen on other forums I'm on. Is it normal here or am I doing something wrong?

Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab -> Browsing History: Settings button -> Check for newer versions of stored pages -> Everytime I visit the webpage.
