    The overall diameter of any replacement tyre must not be 15mm greater than the largest overall diameter of tyre specified for the manufacturer for that model.

    So basically anything over stock size isn't allowed? How does this work, 90% of Victorians here have greater than stock size on their RR/Disco? Is their a legitimate loophole or is it just taking the risk of not getting pulled?

    Nope, this is reasonably new stuff, but is an increasing worry for many vehicle owners.

    Naturally it's fine for defender owners who have quite tall tyres on their tyre placards!
