The one who won AOTY is okay, I just wish he would NOT sing with a bloody yanky accent!
This is Australia NOT the USA.
    We have our own ballads!!!!

AS for the other one, Prime Minister...

I can think of lost of name for "it", and that is not one of them

You've got him started again He can't, (or wont) accept the umpires decision. I find it hard to respect people who refuse to allow other people to have an opinion.

Only my humble opinion of course.

"He can't, (or wont) accept the umpires decision." Mind you, I'm not on my own

"I find it hard to respect people who refuse to allow other people to have an opinion" Naturally and you are entitled to and you appear to be doing very well at it!!

I hope you are enjoying the high cost of fuel, food, etc..

Trust me, I grew up on the Gold Coast. All those geriatric southerners smashing into things, going the wrong way around, treating a give way sign as a stop and wait sign, etc.

But, my post was meant as a joke

You Guy's who run this site........QLD'ers
    PLEASE EXPLAIN
Just as well WA's looking after the economy!!!!!

It makes me proud to be a banana bender from birth. But don't remind me of Bjolke (sp) or Pauline Hansen....

Yes WA is looking after economy - but who's looking after NSW: Iemma!!! puke... I reckon with the emmigration of NSW to Qld and WA that NSW will collapse into a great big hole and the void will be filled with overseas immigrants, because nobody else from Australia would ever want to move here.

Oh .... Australian of the Year: as above .. why do we have to copy cat American accents and culture. May LR, the mother land and the British Empire for ever rule.

Actually, old Joh did a lot for QLD, before he thought he was God.
Pauline... well she put us on the map for all the wrong reasons

Nothing much will happen now, until we get rid of the current idiots! I just hope it doesn't get worse.

Yeaterday at a party at my place the subject came up that i was British , as which point i add that i was not British, i was English. There is a differance.

The conversation then went on about Queenslanders and Aussie and how i had to argue that ,that was totally differant to the English and British arguement

So that will leave this little ***t with $80,000 Which has ment he has left his job as a trainie chippy and thinks he is set up for life on $80,000

If he does earn this money he will blow the lot and then be on the dole in a year anyway

Mmmmm After all $80,000 is not alot of money these days. Don't get me wrong i would love $80,000 to drop into my lap , but it will not set you up for life. It will get you a nice car, a holiday (maybe) and deposit for a house but thats it . After that its all gone
