Istly you need a bittorrent program. there are freebies all over the place, Utorrent, azureus etc for windows. Linux has Azuerus and Ktorrent etc.

You install the program , open it and then paste the torrent into it and start downloading
But as it is files sharing you want to make sure when you set up your folders for sharing and storing your download that you don't allow others access to your other computer files.I set up a special folder for downloads to go in and whilst I'm downloading I'm sharing what I have already downloaded with others who have got the bits I already have.
When finished you are supposed to seed for a while.I do for a little while then delete all completed files from that folder or move the ones I want to keep to another folder.

I bought it on DVD about 18 months ago
