yeah i must say that episode was brilliant. I like how they sabotaged the air con in the Cadillac and how the guy in the pickup kept ramming the cadi. Top episode i reckon best ive seen yet. And the fat stig lol

I had exactly the same thought while watching this episode.

But dammit was that has to be the funniest and most interesting hour of TV I've watched for a long time.

PS next season they do a similar trip thru Africa. Not as funny or disturbing but really enjoyable and they capture some amazing scenery.

yeah the first time in a long time that i actually sat back and enjoyed watching tv for a whole hour. Not wanting to do anything else but watch the rest of the show which is absolutely brilliant. Top Stuff

Either way, it was another top episode.

I don't know how SBS will transfer the show to an Aussie version.

St Louis was an eye-opener. I wonder if mainstream America really knows what it's like down there. I certainly didn't realise it was still so bad.

(I was asleep preparatory to being at work tonight - fortunately Elisabeth taped it and we watched it before I came in.)

I was quite surprised at the rednecks, :

It's almost beyond belief.

Apart from that it was a good episode.
Did you catch the end bit re: the recipient of Clarksons,(free) car?
