i have been changing about every 3 months lately every time i get settled i get offerd more money else where so i move on, but the 34 an hour is more than i was getting last year when i was in a 200t excavator

Im sure you would, the 5 tonner I was on a couple of months ago was enough for me, they wont let me on the bigger ones :D

And then theres the site allowance. If its all purpose (? IIRC) then she increases at x1.5 & x2 along with the hourly rate. RDO each fortnight which is of course backed up to a public holiday when appropriate. Tools down when a sparkie moves a ceiling tile to pull a wire...should have got the plaster to do that.

Could I become one? What do I need? I'm an electronics tech by trade.
