No offence intended but things quoted out of context cause the most flame wars on internet forums.

If more people had the guts to actually think for themselves rather than follow blindly what they are told we might even solve some of the problems "on this planet".

I think that 130km/h is a safe speed for my vehicle on a highway...

Should I "think for myself" ???

Or should I obey the laws?

There was no "out of context" in my quote... absolutely none....

Its a fact that the "its insignificant, what will it matter" mind set when combined with that same mind set by everyone else.. Results in a much larger issue.

    In this threads example...

If everyone used 20 litres (as if - to wash maybe, but you have to hose it down too) on their car...

Multiply by every car..... See where this is going....

And when you can use a re-cycling car wash facility for $10.00....

You can even take your own sponge!

Smokers are another example.... It's only one cigarette butt.... I'll just drop it here......

    But hey....

    Smile

I just love it here in Sunny Bundaberg (its raining at the moment) but we don't have any water restrictions and more so, we never have had any water restrictions. We have more than enough water to do whatever we want... You can wash your car 3 times a day if your so inclined and those timed showers.... what are they about....

All landrover owners should move to Bundy.... Where water and sunshine (well normally) are in abundance.

    Doc

Well where i live in Brisbane we don't have water restrictions. So does not bother me . Although has always rain enough not to care about wateriong garden, Bl**dy grass neads moving enough as it is. Only use hose to clean cars. As i am only 23 k's from the Brisbane CBD my famly (or the misses) come round our house at the weekends and clean there cars

Our local goverment has us on Leval 2 but it is a token as brisbane is on leval 6 . We don't need to be on restrictions, as all along our dam has been over flowing into the sea for the past few years anyway

As for the windscreen washer bottle, I knew I missed somewhere.
The window tinter man loved the dog slobber on the windows lol.... We assumed it was dog slobber, unless you have an un-healthy liking for window licking?

That's the main reason why I never got them tinted in the first place - would have only lasted a couple of weeks.

There's nothing funnier than watching the car behind get a fee windscreen slobber wash on the way back from the dog park.
