Thread: The Land Rover Wave and some blokes....

The Story: Went to the Albury/Wodonga Hunters and Shooters Expo today and I have to say "Wow".

I reckon the organisers had no idea as to the support they would receive. I took the Cranky One over there at 11.15am and the line-up was about 200 yards long - so back across the border for lunch.

We hit it again about 2pm - virtually straight in - but I've got to say - standing room only.

It was worth it though - and saw Ol Mate in there. Fair dinkum, Ol Mate is everywhere. He has only been in the district for 5 minutes and I already hear his name mentioned for Mayor, Member of Parliament and Coach of the Ovens and Murray Footy Team!!!

Anyway, the Cranky One was with me so no new firearm purchases were made - did however pick-up a new mini Eco-billy. Just perfect for the rear drawer in "Daniella" (Deefa).

Now, back to the story.

Leaving the venue I was still in first and there on my left - giving way to me - was a 110 single cab ute - 5 yards away and looking straight at me Good eh.

No. Not good eh. I gives the bloke the Land Rover Wave.... and..... yep he just stares back at me.

Now I felt embarrassed and I reckon I should not have felt that way..... but I did

Is it fair to say that I had every right to be pi**ed off.

Well just because I luuurrrvvve karma.....I hope his Missus leaves him, takes his Land Rover and he ends up driving a Terios.


Geez all I did was give a bloody wave and if a bloke doesn't understand that than he doesn't deserve a Land Rover
