We would have to be pretty arrogant to think we were the only intelligent lifeforms in the universe... so i'd say Yes.

As for Elvis... also a Yes, he lives here on the coast and is running for Mayor

I is a very, very big place

While I understand people who dont believe in these sorts of things I find it really hard to believe that in a universe that has no ending and we can only see what our probes and telescopes let us see that we are the only ones, How would the people of the world handle it if one day a spaceship did turn up? Me personally I wouldnt be sticking around to find out.

I think there must be other lifeforms in the universe, it is just too big for that not to be the case. I also think the chances of us communicating with them on a meaningful level (or at all) any time in the near future are very slim indeed. The trouble is, the universe is just so big.

Of course elvis is alive, here's a photo to prove it.
