    Angry Bad Luck

On our way to Bloemfontein to pick up my new Puma 110.
Lfet C.Town at 22h00 so we could be at the dealer early morning.
Drove up in a 1993 VW GTi that was to be given to another dealer to sell.
Got 300km's along and the timing belt slipped a tooth and we died luckily in a town.
Called out a guy at 00h00 who rectified timing belt but found that the bottom crank pulley was running loose on keyway.
Got another 100km's and she died again. I tried to hitch ride with some truck drivers but no luck.
We got mates wife from C.Town to come fetch us in the TD4 Flandie and ditched the GTi for the other dealer to come and fetch.
Now at home - sold wifes Polo already and no Puma
Booked a plane ticket for next Friday - wife will have to use the Ser III for a week.
Hope the plane dosn't break down aswell

    Unlucky mate,
You have to go to Bloem to pick up a new vehicle? Why not get them to send it to you?

need to see her first before I put down the cash. Only seen pics so far.
Local dealers are not willing to give as good a discount so I had to look way further where I assume the Fender sales are not as good. Most farmers out that way buy Isuzu or Toyota bakkies.
