What would you do with these?

I've acquired quite a few fuel bowsers from a service station which has closed down. They're fairly late model bowsers with digital displays etc. I also have the LPG bowser with hoses and fill connector things but the petrol/diesel bowsers dont have hoses. Apparently it will cost more to have them re-certified than they're worth.

The pump motors appear to be single phase motors. Looks like there's heaps of quality fittings and valves in them. The diesel bowsers are low flow.

No photos yet but will get some soon. Is there any thing in them which would be particularly useful, apart from the stuff I can recognise like motors, pumps, fittings etc?

Any petrol head would snap one up as a static display in their bar/shed.
REAL OLD ones are worth heaps, even copies!!!

As said a static display, bugger you are so far away.
Paint em up in servo colours and sell them.

Unfortunately they dont have the visual appeal of the older bowsers which you dont seem to see anymore. These are the same as the ones you see/use everyday..............................

A fuel pump has appeal? Am I missing something?

Painted up they will still look great. Strip the guts out and whack in a bar fridge or turn it into a cupboard. Better still for LandyAndy Put in a fridge, a home brew keg and dispense it through the bowser nozzle. Would be rather unique and original.

A beer keg with a flowrate the same as a fuel bowser - now you're talking my language.
    Cheers .........
