They belong to a local identity named Ralph Barraclough.
He is the local CFA Captain and made a name for himself by setting fire to a CFA tanker in front of a media contingent to prove how flammable the tankers were.

Yep i spoke to Ralph on NYE and he was interested in my late model stage one 2.5 deisel...... i told him it was a defender 110 300 tdi, he just nodded....
mind you he had a good old chat and beer with us...
