Having 3 teenage boys I am forced to listed to all sorts of bash your head up against a brick wall crapola, its a slur on the word music but maybe I am just cranky and old and quiet happy to sit back and listen to my Brookes and Dunn CD, if I really want some peace and quiet and specially if the kids have mates over and they are going for broke with noise I crack out the Foster and Allen and crank it, you have never seen kids lit out of a house like they was shot out a cannon, works everytime!, and if you want them to run even faster with the possiblility of not coming back remember that crappy little German song about the dinosaur sung by a little girl, shnee shnaw schnappy or something like that, fire that up, works better then ABBA

I think my musical tastes have changed mostly due to the failing of my ears. I listen to pretty much all music bar rap, never could come to calling it music.

I have always loved a wide variety from Vivaldi to Maryln Manson, love Metalical but as it has to be played pretty loud to truely appreciate it (metal) I am finding myself listening to blues more and more or if it is the radio invariably it is radio national first, news station, sometimes JJJ or the sounds of silence - love that V8 burrble
